1. Overview
Mosaiker is software you deploy on your own infrastructure, not a managed cloud service. This means your website visitors' data never passes through our systems — it stays entirely on your own infrastructure. We only collect the minimum account data required to manage your software license and subscription.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the following categories of data:
- Account Information: Email address and account credentials provided during signup. Used to authenticate your account and communicate about your subscription.
- Payment Information: Cryptocurrency wallet addresses or transaction identifiers associated with your payments. We do not store credit card numbers or traditional financial data.
- License Data: Your subscription status, plan tier, and access entitlements. Used to provision and validate your software license.
- Dashboard Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, and pages visited when you use our admin dashboard at mosaiker.net. Collected for security and service improvement purposes only.
We do not collect any data about your website's visitors. Visitor classifications, cloaking rules, and all traffic data processed by your Mosaiker deployment remain on your servers and are never transmitted to us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only for the following purposes:
- • To create and manage your account and software license
- • To process and verify subscription payments
- • To communicate with you about your subscription, updates, and support
- • To provide access to Docker images and software updates
- • To comply with legal obligations where required
We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as strictly necessary to operate the service.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your account data is stored on encrypted servers with industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits.
Account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and deleted within 30 days of account cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion or legal retention obligations apply.
No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
5. Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. We may share limited data with:
- • Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and storage, under strict data processing agreements
- • Law enforcement — only when legally compelled by valid legal process
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- • Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- • Objection: Object to certain processing of your personal data
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, contact us through your account dashboard.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — necessary for authentication, session management, and security on our website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You cannot opt out of essential cookies as they are required for the Service to function.
8. Contact Us
For privacy-related requests, questions, or to exercise your rights, contact our team through your account dashboard or via our website. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
