1. Cryptocurrency Payment Considerations
Mosaiker accepts cryptocurrency as its primary payment method. It is important to understand that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a transaction is broadcast to the blockchain and confirmed, it cannot be reversed by us or any third party.
This means that all refunds we issue are at our discretion and represent voluntary goodwill payments from Mosaiker to you — not chargebacks or forced reversals. Refunds are processed as a new outbound cryptocurrency transaction to a wallet address you provide.
Refund amounts are calculated in USD at the original payment value and converted to cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of refund processing. Mosaiker is not responsible for exchange rate differences between the time of original payment and refund.
2. Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period
New subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of their first subscription payment ("cooling-off period"). This applies to first-time subscriptions only.
To request a refund within the cooling-off period:
- 1 Log in to your dashboard and cancel your subscription
- 2 Contact support with your account details and refund request
- 3 Provide a cryptocurrency wallet address for the refund to be sent to
- 4 Refund is processed within 5 business days of approval
Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the first payment date will not be eligible for the cooling-off period refund, regardless of circumstances.
3. No Pro-Rata Refunds
After the 7-day cooling-off period has passed, no pro-rata or partial refunds are available for any unused portion of a billing period. This applies whether you cancel mid-month, forget to cancel before renewal, or decide to stop using the Software for any reason.
This policy exists because:
- • Software access and Docker images are provided immediately upon subscription
- • Cryptocurrency transactions are non-reversible
- • Infrastructure and support costs are incurred regardless of your active usage
4. Renewal Payments
Monthly renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You will receive a renewal reminder 3 days before your billing date to give you time to cancel if needed.
If a payment is processed and you did not intend to renew, contact support immediately. We will review the case on a goodwill basis, but cannot guarantee a refund for renewal payments.
5. Service Failures
If Mosaiker is unable to deliver software access or support for an extended period due to a failure on our part (e.g., our licensing infrastructure is unavailable for more than 72 hours in a billing period), we will provide a credit or prorated refund at our discretion. Contact support to report service delivery issues.
